Steel-etching machine
The Stoma conveyor etching machine using the spraying method is available in two different conveying widths:
Preparatory bath
Brushing maschine
Used for Scarifaction of the special sheet to increase the adherence of the photo layer on the teel sheet.
Laminator
UV-Setter
The UV-Setter exposes printing plates by using UV-light. It is based on the Computer-to-Plate (CtP).
Developing machine
The laminated and copied plate is developed automatically in the developing machine using a soda solution.
Regenerator
The regenerator restores the etchant and passes it back to the etching circuit of the complex chemical process.
Aftertreatment bath
CNC Engraving machine
CNC Engraving machine with a special vacuum table is used for resharpening the etched blanking lines.
